My aim with my clients is to gently and bravely face that underlying vibration. When we work towards a more authentic alignment of our values and vision for our life, we can better show up for our relationships, our dreams, and ourselves. In my work with clients, I use a strengths-based and holistic approach utilizing IFS and somatic interventions. I enjoy finding ways to laugh through hard situations, and my aim is to work by listening in a non-judgmental, curious way. Let’s work collaboratively to explore your barriers, develop coping methods, fill gaps in communication skills, and work on problem-solving. I recognize that seeking help can be hard, but small changes make big differences. Trust must be earned, and I aim to gain that trust through creating an environment where you feel seen, accepted, and cared for. Whenever you’re ready, I would love to meet you.

Sage Wheeler
MEd
I work a little differently than a lot of my beloved colleagues in the 4-D Network. I am not a sex therapist but instead am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and Martha Beck certified Life Coach (and a few other modalities) who integrates the 4-D Wheel into my work with clients adjusting to a range of life's transitions. I support women and a few brave men as they navigate losses and changes in their lives. The Wheel offers itself as a map and mirror as clients explore issues ranging from death, divorce, job changes. I've had the privilege of serving as a "life doula" if you will, for folks in all stages. I welcome a conversation to see if my practice is a good fit for you.

Linda Mekibes
BSW, MHR
For over 18 years, I have worked as a social worker and psychotherapist, supporting individuals, families, and children through complex and challenging life situations. My work has focused on providing crisis support to families, children, and adolescents who have experienced violence, sexual abuse, and trauma. In my practice, I have always sought to integrate a holistic perspective, recognizing that healing happens on multiple levels.
The 4-D Wheel Method aligns perfectly with this approach, offering a powerful framework that integrates body, mind, heart, and spirit in the therapeutic process. As a Certified 4-D Wheel practitioner I find the 4-D Wheel to be a powerful and transformative tool, and I use it not only in my clinical work but also in education and broader conversations about mental health and healing. It provides a unique way to explore the interconnectedness of our experiences and offers a path toward deeper self-understanding and growth.
